In partnership with Lakeside Healthcare and PCSA, SSA has designed and delivered a number of bespoke 360 Leadership Development Programmes for their PrimaryCare Networks combining eLearning with bespoke virtual workshops, coaching and action learning sets aiming to accelerate the development of primary care networks.This programme integrated one-to-one coaching for over 30 delegates with the aim of enhancing their leadership across the PCN.

Aimed at Key Change Champions across both councils, this skills development intervention aimed to improve their skills, know-how and confidence as an agent of change, delivering on the ambitions of the preferred partnership arrangements agreed by both councils.The programme aimed to build the delegates confidence in using various problems solving techniques, understand different approaches to innovation and change, whilst allowing them to explore their own innovation style and preferences and better understand those of team members and colleagues.
