What’s our coaching style?
Our coaching style is a combination of executive coaching, leadership coaching, and performance coaching. However, we are always adapting our styles based on the needs of our clients. Why not have a free chemistry call with us and give it a try without any commitment?
Focusing on your future vision and aspirations, and creating a roadmap for your personal and professional journey.
Focused on improving certain competencies and skills that you needs to perform your role more effectively and/or to achieve your goals (most go for public speaking!)
Working together with your coach to set clear, realistic, and inspiring goals for various topics that you might bring to a session. These conversations involve brainstorming and problem-solving, challenging assumptions, and considering different strategies to meet the set goals.
These dialogues focus on your commitment to your journey, holding you accountable for your actions and promoting resilience in the face of obstacles.
Centred around your growth as a leader, exploring areas such as your unique leadership style, leadership values, how you show up as a leader, how personality preferences informs your leadership style.
A coaching conversation can take any form as you drive the topic–not the coach. We tried to illustrate some of the conversations you might be having with your coach below.
