Large independent business who has experienced rapid growth via acquisition and organically, is looking for a transformation specialist to review and redesign effective business processes. This is an end to end project and will involve reviewing all processes in the supply chain to facilitate smooth end to end delivery of the product to customers and creating formal process documents on completion.
Key deliverables include;
Working with stakeholders across the core business functions including finance, procurement, sales, shared service, operations
Understand current processes and weak spots requiring remedial actions
Redesign systems and processes transitioning to a streamlined and efficient way of working
Collaborate with stakeholders to roll out changes
Create formal manual documenting new processes
Align planned system upgrade
