We are looking for a third Team Manager to help lead the Gweres Tus Yowynk (Helping Young People) Adolescent Service into its next stage of expansion. The location of this positions is to be determined, and will be discussed further at interview.
This exciting multi-agency service includes the Youth Offending Service, Functional Family Therapy Service and specialist adolsecent workers. You will manage a group of Youth Offending Workers, Social Workers, Targeted Youth Workers. You will be responsible for providing high quality supervision to enable workers to achieve good standards of practice and positive outcomes.
This is a team that is committed to improving standards and continuing the development of multi-agency working.
