Customs Transformation’s (CT) objective is to transform Customs, enabling the UK to be recognised globally as having the world’s leading Customs authority for facilitating legitimate trade, whilst protecting our society and growing our economy. In order for this objective to be successful, it is essential that accurate, coherent stakeholder engagement is planned and undertaken.
We require 2 Stakeholder Relationship Managers, whose role will sit within CT is to support the delivery of a new Customs Declaration Service (CDS) – a programme that will deliver a new modern import/export declaration processing service for customers.
The stakeholder manager roles will be at the cutting edge of the stakeholder relationship work, delivering a key role for the Customs Declaration Services (CDS) programme and interacting with key, blue chip companies who have a keen interest in how CDS develops. This is an exciting, demanding and high profile role working with delivery and transition teams to manage the relationship with both the programmes key internal and external stakeholders.
