An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated individual to join Central Team eBusiness Services, which is a small specialist team hosted by NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership. We support all Health Boards/Trusts and hosted organisations in Wales on a range of national enterprise projects.
As part of working in a busy department, your role will be to provide overall management and support for the Service Desk function for the department. Including incident management, problem management and request fulfilment for all systems. You will also oversee and be responsible for all aspects of Operational Service Management, ensuring that all data recorded is accurate and complete.
You will ideally be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience and have worked in a structured and disciplined support department, delivering services and support based on industry good practices.
