An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior programme manager to take up a newly created role within the NWAS Transforming Patient Care Team. This individual will play a key role in the supervision and support of the Transformation Team, to support delivery of the second year of our ambitious programme.
The primary objectives of the Transforming Patient Care Programme are to facilitate improved clinical intervention in the 999 emergency environment; delivering organisational change that will enable clinical care delivery as far forward in the patient assessment process as possible, including during the 999 telephone call phase, and then using the outcome of that assessment to provide a bespoke, proportionate response to their needs.
You will provide overarching supervision and leadership to the established Team. You will be responsible for the delivery of transformation work stream plans, developing and maintaining a suite of assurance documentation, including risk registers, project plans and programme dashboards.
