The Transforming Care for the Future Strategy will see the delivery of a large scale change programme that will develop and lead significant improvement projects to integrate services as part of the recent merger and work with clinical teams to deliver services that are best in class for patient quality and experience. To do this a number of opportunities exist to join the team on both a substantive and fixed term basis.
As Project Support Manager you will play a key role in ensuring that projects are on track and delivering the potential benefits for patients while gaining great experience working as part of a team to deliver an ambitious improvement agenda.
All roles require someone who is patient focused and an ambassador for improvement. To succeed you will need to have experience of working in an acute setting across departments and at different levels of the organisation.
