We are looking for someone to work full time as a Programme Manager with specific expertise on person centred planning and workforce issues. This will be an incredibly interesting job for someone who is passionate about person and community centred approaches and who would like to be part of a small hardworking team trying to have a positive impact across Greater Manchester.
The Programme Manager – Person centred planning will lead and manage a number of programmes and initiatives to take forward the Greater Manchester Person and Community Centred Approaches (PCCA) programme.
We are looking for someone who has a real commitment to, and experience of implementing person centred practice in frontline and strategic roles. You will have a strong values base and commitment to a transformation in the relationship between health and care services, and people and communities and a strong set of organisational development skills. You will be good at working in collaboration with a wide range of people, including commissioners and providers, voluntary sector organisations and people who use health and care services and their families. You will have worked at a senior level in the voluntary sector, or the health and care sector, and managed programmes across organisations and boundaries.
