Programme Managers required for Bury Provider Alliance
Health and Social Care Services in Bury are changing. As a group of providers already supporting the 200, 000 people living in Bury we have come together to form a Local Provider Alliance to deliver our shared vision of improving the health and wellbeing of the population and implementing the Bury Locality Plan.
The Alliance was formally launched in April 2017 and we have been tasked by Bury Commissioners to redesign health and social care pathways in partnership with the people of Bury.
To further support the developments of the alliance and mobilise the transformation schemes set out within the Bury Locality Plan we are recruiting to three Programme Manager roles. The purpose of the role will be to support the transformation programmes to deliver the objectives as set out within the locality plan. The post holder will report into the central Programme Management Office (PMO) and work closely with the theme and intervention leads to achieve the objectives as set out in the plans.
