This is an excellent interim opportunity for a senior HR Shared Service specialist to shape the existing HR Shared Service function enabling it to provide better support to the business and for it to establish credibility with its’ key stakeholders.
The key elements of the role are:
– To identify, design and develop new and revised ways of working and processes to ensure the best possible outputs
– To lead and develop the HR Shared Services team to provide consistent quality in all interactions and customer service
– To maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders

– Previous expertise in managing and developing an HR Shared Services function
