he People Operations team provide administrative and advisory support to our UK Business and through our ‘service pledge’ underpin our overall People Strategy and Vision. The operation consists of a HR Shared Services team, a HR Technology team and a HR Transformation team. Context of role
You may be required to support the team in customer escalations acting as a key point of escalation to the team and the business.
You will play an integral role in supporting our HR transformation team in delivering process re-engineering across our onboarding teams. You will be working on a number of improvements and efficiencies we can bring to shared services, supporting delivery and implementation of these across the team and the operation.

This role will be offered on an initial 4 month contract.
