An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to lead a GDPR project within HR and to assist with other projects in HRSS. The ideal candidate should have the ability to engage key stakeholders and work collaboratively with operational areas, IT and suppliers in order to plan, drive and control project activities. You will be able to react decisively and informatively to issues that may arise and will drive progress and performance whilst adjusting to changing priorities.
You will be a strong leader with attention to detail that will be created due to the necessary change projects resulting from GDPR findings, that you will have to manage or monitor from a programme perspective. A knowledge of GDPR is a distinct advantage, with knowledge of other data and security change projects beneficial. Significant experience of change management within IT and HR will be valuable in this role.
