A pivotal role within the organisation, the HR Shared Service Centre Manager will work in synergy with the wider HR team and key stakeholders to implement a ‘best in class’ Recruitment and Administration service across the organisation, UK wide.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a UK wide organisation. The role will involve leading a Shared Services team, focusing specifically on volume recruitment across the UK. There will be a key focus on transactional recruitment processes such as managing volume applications effectively through the recruitment cycle, setting KPIs and SLAs, managing the compliance process around right to work and referencing, and ensuring that you are focusing on continuous improvement, constantly striving for high standards and excellent performance.
