We have a great maternity cover opportunity for our HR Advisory Manager role. This post could be offered on a fixed-term contract, or secondment basis for 12 months.
This stretching, interesting role is responsible for managing a small team delivering the full range of HR advisory activity and job evaluation to a number of existing NHS clients via our HR Shared Service. The postholder is also responsible for developing the service to ensure the best possible customer experience and to identify opportunities for growth.
