My client is highly prestigious organisation and a leader in their field
Reporting into the HR Service Manager, the HR Shared Service Team Leader will lead a team of 5 to deliver a fluid, efficient HR service to employees and line managers
* Lead and motivate the HR Operations Team
* Manage multiple stakeholder relationships, to deliver on expectations
* Review current processes to identify opportunities to streamline and improve service
* Monitor performance of HR Shared Services team against agreed SLA’s
* Act as escalation point for complaints etc.
