We have a fantastic temporary vacancy available. The successful candidate will be a strong HR professional to join the HR Senior Leadership Team at Force Headquarters. Reporting to the Head of HR you will have a key role in the delivery and continuous improvement of operational HR services in a 24/7 emergency organisation.
You will drive change linked to both strategic people issues and tactical HR operations, including work with GMP’s Force Leadership Team and our Shared Service, partnered with Trafford Council.
As HR Operations Manager you will have management responsibility for all teams within the HR Operations portfolio including the HR Senior Partners working on strategic business thematics and the HR Caseworkers.
