As the successful candidate you will work in an integrated way providing leadership across both organisations and other key partners across the locality. You will drive the development and delivery of strategic plans, shaping and influencing the Bolton Locality Plan and North West Sector Review of Clinical Services as part of the national and local plans within Greater Manchester Health Care and Social devolution.
You will deliver on behalf of Bolton FT and CCG on the strategy and planning portfolio, including:
• Leading on dedicated transformational work plans and activities resulting from the 5 year Bolton locality plan.
• Providing support to the FT Executive and Divisional Directors in the delivery of the wider sustainability and transformational programme activities ensuring the Greater Manchester investment agreements are achieved.
