We are seeking an exceptional Head of Skills Delivery to work with colleges, adult and community learning and other training providers to take forward the region’s ambitions for skills and employment.
Our focus is on delivering inclusive growth – ensuring that more West Midlands residents are given the support and training they need to share in our region’s prosperity.
The role will ensure the successful delivery of regional skills programmes including support for the unemployed and low paid, and targeted sectoral initiatives. The post holder will also be responsible for the successful transition and future oversight of the Adult Education Budget which will be fully devolved in 2019.
