The Transforming Care for the Future Strategy will see the delivery of a large scale change programme that will develop and lead significant improvement projects to integrate services as part of the recent merger and work with clinical teams to deliver services that are best in class for patient quality and experience. To do this a number of opportunities exist to join the team on both a substantive and fixed term basis.
As Head of Delivery you will have significant senior level operational and improvement experience to lead and manage the activities to support the delivery of portfolio areas within the Transformation Programme working with clinical teams.
The role requires someone who is patient focused and an ambassador for improvement. To succeed you will need to have experience of working in an acute setting across departments and at different levels of the organisation.
