Due to recent changes, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and professional Head of HR Shared Services to join us in our Business Support Centre, Peterborough. Reporting to Mencap’s Director of People, the Head of HR Shared Services will be accountable for 3 key functions; Employee Relations, Investigative Managers & HR administration. If successful you will design, develop and deliver a holistic and integrated HR Shared Services strategy that enables and supports Mencap’s overall organisational strategy, ensuring at all times that people with a learning disability are at the heart of everything we do.
In this role will you will be the person to provide the strategy, and leadership to help these key areas continue to grow and develop. You will be considered the expert for these key functions within Mencap and will work closely and collaboratively across the entire People function, particularly with the Head of Resourcing, Head of Reward and Head of Internal Communications.
