Initially offered on 12-18 month fixed term appointment or secondment whilst this role evolves you will provide financial support to the transformation agenda ensuring financial risks are identified and understood by all stakeholders and work with senior managers throughout the organisation to ensure strategic financial assumptions are translated into operational planning measures.
You will be responsible for the reporting of both planning and performance information through to NHSI and GMHSCP and will lead on the development, co-ordination and monitoring of Trust wide programmes to deliver improved productivity, quality and efficiency.
As a key member of the Trusts senior finance team you will also play a pivotal role in the continuous improvement of the finance function, developing staff and improving systems and processes.
