An opportunity has arisen within the Medicine Group for a Group Manager (8B) to support the Associate Chief Operating Officer for Medicine to provide effective strategic leadership using a wide ranging, highly specialist, professional, managerial knowledge, skills and experience of all areas of service provision.
The post holder will have delegated responsibilities for specific areas of performance of the group (as defined within the Trust Devolution Policy) and will take leadership responsibility for specific areas which to be agreed with the post holder.
A high level of discretion, diplomacy and management expertise is required.
