Our client, a highly successful international business based in Huntingdon, is seeking to recruit a Shared Services Manager following a restructure.
Reporting to the Director of Global Shared Services, the Shared Services Manager will be responsible for managing, supporting and being responsible for the UK shared services team comprising of 25 staff. The role will involve ensuring all processes and procedures are completed accurately and will oversee the monthly and year end closing processes – including management accounts, analysis and audit support.
As a key member of the global shared services management team, the Shared Services Manager will drive process improvement across the globe as well as driving changes locally to improve processes, enhance internal controls and increase department efficiency. You will partner with key stakeholders to ensure shared service activity meets business needs and become the point of escalation for process specific issues to help drive and reach solutions.
