The Shared Services Management Office provides management and oversight of services that are shared across our various legal entities. The team works on a cross-Divisional basis and is currently recruiting within our NY/NJ & London offices. The Shared Services Management Office is instrumental in managing some of our key organizational change initiatives as a result of resolution planning and regulatory reform. Successful candidates will be given the opportunity to help design and build new functional capabilities within the firm.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Support functional leads to cover main regulatory requirements for regional location (US, EMEA or Asia)
- Subject Matter Experts on resolution planning, inter-affiliate service provisioning, intercompany agreements and SLAs
- Involved in overall functional direction, policy and procedure implementation, data modelling and system design
