Are you an experienced international reward specialist with strong people management and development credentials?
We are looking for someone whose skill-set combines strong technical reward expertise, the ability to lead and develop a globally dispersed team of specialists and to influence the development of Oxfam’s reward approach at a critical time in the confederation’s journey. If you enjoy juggling multiple work streams in a fast-paced international environment and supporting, developing and influencing others, often without formal management authority, this role could be for you.
As an experienced international reward professional, you will enjoy problem solving and developing creative solutions based on Oxfam’s reward principles as well as influencing the evolution of its corporate frameworks to meet the needs of managers and staff in our different operating contexts. Combining both an eye for detail and the ability to see the bigger picture and make connections with the wider HR agenda, you will lead the reward relationship between Oxfam GB and Oxfam International and manage and coordinate specific areas of reward activity on behalf of the Oxfam confederation.
