The Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership (GM) is setting up a programme to support localities to make this change happen. The role of co-production lead fits within the team established to lead this agenda, dedicated to working collaboratively to support the development of asset based approaches, person centred care planning and to enable a different relationship with the voluntary & community sector, communities and people. The contract is for 12 months, full time, with the possibility of an extension once funding is formally secured. The role could be a secondment if your employing organisation agreed.

This will be an incredibly interesting role for someone who is passionate about co-production and person and community centred approaches. The Co-production Lead will:

  • lead a workstream to support the development of co-production across Greater Manchester’s health and care system, as part of the person and community centred approaches programme.
  • co-ordinate and support the programme’s co-production group who work alongside the team to shape, influence and support delivery of the programme.
  • develop equal and inclusive relationships with a range of stakeholders, rooted in transparency and modelling principles of co-production and collaboration.
