Working in the Digital Collaborative team within the GM Health and Social Care Partnership you will be documenting a detailed understanding of the patient pathways across different services. Working across all health and social care sectors, you will be required to engage with a broad stakeholder group and work closely with clinical and IM&T leaders to help identify IM&T solutions to fulfil a comprehensive transformation programme.
The successful application will have extensive experience of business analysis and business change within a complex health environment. Mapping processes, business flows and strong knowledge of NHS data definitions and standards are key capabilities sought.
