Based in the heart of the capital, we are seeking a Service Development Manager to join our Adult Social Care Integrated Care Team to work across both the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster City Council (Bi-Borough). You will certainly need to be versatile with a wide understanding of the key issues affecting Adult Social Care coupled with good communication skills. You should have a good working knowledge of project, programme and change management techniques, all underpinned by the ability to write clear reports.
